This phase has 3 tasks designed to test the exact skills you’ll use on the job: speed, organization, accuracy, tone, problem‑solving, and follow‑through.

TASK 1 — FOLLOW‑UP ORGANIZATION (Google Calendar)

Goal:

Test your speed, organization, and attention to detail when scheduling and executing live follow‑ups.

What to Do:

We’ll give you 6 leads from our CRM, each with a different status (follow‑up required, no‑show, rescheduled, call‑back requested, etc.). Your job is to:

1. Schedule the correct action for each lead today on your Google Calendar.

2. Execute the action exactly at the scheduled time.

These are real calls. You will actually dial the numbers.

Don’t worry—these are HolyShift team members and they won’t answer.

Calendar Naming Format (must match exactly): (Action) – (Lead Name) – (Date & Time)

Example: Call – Yomna Tarek – Today 5:00 PM

Use only these actions: Call, WhatsApp, or Confirm.

Your Steps:

  1. Immediately add all six items to your Google Calendar with the correct title and time.

  2. Send a screenshot of your calendar showing all entries.

  3. When you complete each action (call/message) at the scheduled time, send a short confirmation, e.g.,

    • Called at 2:00 PM as scheduled.

    • Sent WhatsApp at 3:00 PM as scheduled.

Tips:

  • Keep your calendar clean, consistent, and readable.

  • Titles must include Action, Name, Date & Time.

  • Double‑check times and duplicates (some leads require multiple attempts).

Deliverables for Task 1

  • Screenshot #1: Google Calendar with all six entries visible.

  • Screenshot #2+: Short proof for each action once done (call log snippet or WhatsApp "message sent" screen is sufficient).

  • One‑line confirmations per item (e.g., “Called at 2:00 PM as scheduled”).

Once you finish the first task, you will receive the 2nd and 3rd task.
