🎯 Your Mission:
Turn booked appointments into real people walking through our doors — ready to start.

💼 What You’ll Do:
• Call and follow up with leads after they book
• Confirm appointments and keep them engaged until they show up
• Handle reminders (same day / day before / few hours before)
• Welcome leads at the gym with energy and professionalism
• Give a simple gym tour and explain how everything works
• Conduct InBody scans and explain the basics
• Keep the lead engaged and comfortable before meeting the coach
• Smoothly hand off to the closer with clear context

🔥 What We’re Looking For:
• Exceptional communication & engagement skills
• Excellent English (spoken & written)
• 2–3 years in customer service, events, or hospitality
• A natural people person (you enjoy talking, helping, and connecting)
• Detail-oriented and organized
• High energy and positive attitude

💰 Compensation & Benefits:
• 20,000 – 25,000+ EGP

⏰ Work Hours:
Full-time (12 PM – 9 PM, 5 days/week)
