We’re Hiring Client Relationship Specialist
“Why do people actually stay at HolyShift?”
It’s not just the workouts. It’s not just the results.
It’s the feeling that someone actually gives a damn.
We need someone who lives for people.
Who remembers names. Celebrates wins. Feels the room.
Who turns our gym into a second home.
What You’ll Actually Do
💬 Build real connections with our members
🔁 Follow up weekly and check in like a real human
🎉 Plan epic (and consistent) community events every 2–3 weeks
📣 Collect honest feedback and make the gym better
🤝 Support renewals in a natural, friendly way — not salesy
🧩 Be the bridge between our clients, coaches, and the management team
If someone says:
“I don’t know why… but I love being here.”
That’s you. That’s your win.
Who This Is Perfect For
You love people. Like, really love people.
You’re organized. You remember birthdays and follow-up dates.
You’re proactive and hate waiting around.
You’re the kind of person who fixes things before they break.
You’ve worked in hospitality, gyms, events, or customer experience (bonus points).

This isn’t a “just show up” role.
This is a key pillar of the entire gym.
Apply if you're ready to be that person who makes HolyShift unforgettable.
Who This Role is NOT For
Those who need hand-holding, constant direction, or a to-do list to take action.
Anyone who gets rattled when priorities shift, timelines tighten, or things move fast.
People who guard their evenings and weekends like sacred ground — this role flexes when the executives do.
Individuals who aren’t comfortable working across both the personal and professional — this role requires integration, not separation.
Those who struggle to read the room, adapt tone, or communicate with clarity under pressure.
People who take direct feedback personally or need constant validation to stay motivated.
Anyone who needs to be followed up with to ensure a task is complete.
Those who prioritize “done” over “done right” — excellence isn’t optional here.
People who hesitate to take initiative or wait for permission to lead.
