The opportunity

We don't need a film crew — we need an editor with a great eye. You'll grab a phone, shoot reels and stories around the studio, then cut them into fast, scroll‑stopping content and post it to Instagram the same day. The camera work is simple. The magic is in the edit.

This is a create‑every‑day role. If you love turning raw clips into something people share, you'll thrive here.

The offer

15K + Commission
15K base salary — plus performance commission that grows with your results.

The better your content performs, the more you earn. Commission is discussed and set on your results, inside a company expanding to multiple branches.

Pay & Growth 15K base salary + performance-based commission.
Schedule Full-time, on-site. Sunday–Thursday, 12–9 PM (9 hours).
Benefits Free gym membership. Health insurance after probation.
Where & Who Trivium Square, New Cairo. On-site only — reports to the General Manager.

What you'll own

Shoot
  • Shoot reels, stories, and short clips around the studio — on our phones.
  • Capture members, coaches, and sessions with a good eye for angle and light.
  • Catch the moment: energy, wins, and behind‑the‑scenes.
Edit & Post
  • Cut raw footage into fast, scroll‑stopping reels in CapCut / Premiere.
  • Add captions, music, and pacing that keep people watching to the end.
  • Post stories and reels to Instagram while they're still hot.

Who you are

  • You edit well — CapCut, plus Premiere Pro or After Effects.
  • You have a real eye for what looks good and what people stop to watch.
  • You can shoot solid phone footage — no film‑school gear needed.
  • You're fast, reliable, and you post on time.
  • You live short‑form content and know the trends.
