Start: Wednesday, 8th of May

End: Thursday, 6th of June (with score announcement and celebration)

  • Daily Scoring:

    Workout:

  • Attend daily workout: 8 points

  • Home workout with no equipment: 8 points

  • You get these 8 points by coming to 3 workouts per week

  • Extra workout: you get +2 bonus points if you come an extra day

    Steps:

  • 6k steps: 1 point

  • 8k steps: 2 points

  • 10k steps: 3 points

  • 12k steps: 4 points

  • 14k steps: 5 points

    Weight-loss:

  • First kilogram of fat: 4 points per 100 grams lost

  • Second kilogram of fat: 6 points per 100 grams lost

  • Third kilogram of fat: 8 points per 100 grams lost

    And so on

    Daily Scoring Penalties:

  • Late cancellation (less than 3 hours before slot): -0.5 points + warning

  • No-show after booking: -1 point + 100 EGP to the charity box :)

  • Repeat no-shows: -2 points + 200 EGP to the charity box :)
