Attend daily workout: 8 points
Home workout with no equipment: 8 points
You get these 8 points by coming to 3 workouts per week
Extra workout: you get +2 bonus points if you come an extra day
Steps:
6k steps: 1 point
8k steps: 2 points
10k steps: 3 points
12k steps: 4 points
14k steps: 5 points
Weight-loss:
First kilogram of fat: 4 points per 100 grams lost
Second kilogram of fat: 6 points per 100 grams lost
Third kilogram of fat: 8 points per 100 grams lost
And so on
Daily Scoring Penalties:
Late cancellation (less than 3 hours before slot): -0.5 points + warning
No-show after booking: -1 point + 100 EGP to the charity box :)
Repeat no-shows: -2 points + 200 EGP to the charity box :)
