01.The opportunity

HolyShift is on a mission to transform lives across Egypt through training, nutrition, and accountability — led by founder & CEO Youssef Hesham. We're scaling fast toward multiple branches, and the growth is real: more ads, more referrals, more people walking through the door who already want to get in shape.

The bottleneck isn't leads. It's closers. We need someone who treats sales as a craft — who can run a consultation with empathy and confidence, handle objections without being pushy, and help a prospect make the decision that changes their health. You won't be selling something you don't believe in. You'll be helping people say yes to themselves.

No cold calling. No buying your own leads. No chasing friends and family.
Just qualified prospects who need to talk to someone who can educate them and guide them to the right membership.

02.What you'll own

Your job is simple to describe and hard to master: turn booked consultations into committed members, and hit your numbers every month.

Consultations & closing

  • Run in-person and phone consultations with warm, pre-qualified leads.
  • Diagnose the prospect's real goals, obstacles, and readiness.
  • Present the right HolyShift membership and close with confidence.
  • Handle objections (price, time, hesitation) with skill, not pressure.

Pipeline & follow-up

  • Follow up relentlessly with prospects who didn't close on day one.
  • Log every consultation, offer, and outcome in our CRM (Google Sheets / Bigin).
  • Hit weekly and monthly targets for consultations, close rate, and cash collected.
  • Feed insights back to the team so we keep sharpening the offer.

04.Who you are

  • You've sold before — ideally high-ticket, over the phone or in person — and you can point to results.
  • You're obsessed with getting better. You study your calls, you take feedback, you improve every week.
  • You have high morals. You'd rather lose a sale than mislead someone. We only want people who sell with integrity.
  • Advanced English (spoken & written) plus fluent Arabic — you adapt your tone to the person in front of you.
  • You're based in Cairo / Greater Cairo and can be on-site at Trivium Square, New Cairo.
  • You care about fitness, health, and the people you'd be helping. This isn't just a paycheck to you.

06.The offer

What you can realistically earn EGP 40,000 – 50,000+ per month EGP 15,000 base salary + uncapped commission on cash collected. That range is what a closer who performs actually takes home — and there is no ceiling on it. The better you close, the higher it goes.

Compensation

  • EGP 15,000 base salary — you're not living deal-to-deal.
  • Uncapped commission on every membership you close. No ceiling, ever.
  • Commission is paid on cash collected, so your effort is rewarded directly.
  • Realistic total: EGP 40–50k+ per month for a closer who performs.
