22-DAYS HolyBurn Ramadan Challenge Rules ⚠️

Start: Saturday, 21st of February

End: Saturday, 14th of March

  • Participants: 10 Men + 10 Women maximum.

  • Competition Style:

    • Points are individual.

    Challenge Cost

    • Active Members: 2,900 EGP

    • New Members: 7,900 EGP

Daily Scoring

Workout Points:

  • Earn 6 points per workout session, whether at the gym or online (maximum 4 sessions per week, for a total of 24 points weekly).

  • Proof of workout: If you train on your own, you must send a time-lapse video as proof, from Saturday to Friday.

    Walking Steps:

  • Earn points based on your daily step count:

    • 6,000 steps: 1 point

    • 8,000 steps: 2 points

    • 10,000 steps: 3 points

    • 12,000 steps: 4 points

    • 14,000+ steps: 5 points

  • Step-counting days: Steps are counted 5 days per week, and you can choose the days that work best for you from Saturday to Friday.

  • Submission:

    • Daily Logging: Make sure to log your steps daily into the Nutrition App.

    • Weekly Submission: Every Friday before 12:00 AM, send a screenshot or total weekly step count to your assigned coach.

    Weight-loss:

  • Earn points based on weight loss measured by the InBody analyzer (excluding muscle loss)

    • For the first kilogram of weight lost, earn 4 points per 100 grams.

    • For the second kilogram of weight lost, earn 6 points per 100 grams.

    • For the third kilogram of weight lost, earn 8 points per 100 grams.

    • The pattern continues with higher points for subsequent kilograms.

    InBody Dates:

    • First InBody Scan measurement: You are allowed to weigh-in on the Saturday 21st and Sunday 22nd of February.

    • Weekly scale measurements: Every Wednesday or Thursday of each week.

    • Second InBody Scan measurement: Thursday 5th of March.

    • Final InBody Scan measurement: Saturday 14th of March.

    • Important: Measurements taken after 14th of March will not count toward points.

    Food Logging Points:

    • Log your meals on Eat this much application and stay within the assigned calorie count to earn 1 point per day.

    Daily Scoring Penalties:

    • Late cancellation (less than 2 hours before a booked session): Lose 2 points or pay 50 EGP.

    • No-show after booking: Lose 4 points or pay 100 EGP.

    Special Events:

    • Dish Party & Celebration:

      • Date: Saturday, 14th of March.

      • Attendance is mandatory to stay eligible for the challenge. Failure to attend will result in:

        • Disqualification from nominations.

    Weekly Sessions:

    • All session slots are available as part of this Challenge.
