Ramadan Challenge Rules ⚠️📕
Start: Sunday, 2nd of March
Daily Scoring
Workout Points:
Earn 8 points per workout session, whether at the gym or online (maximum 3 sessions per week, for a total of 24 points weekly).
Proof of workout: If you train on your own, you must send a time-lapse video as proof.
Walking Steps:
Earn points based on your daily step count:
6,000 steps: 1 point
8,000 steps: 2 points
10,000 steps: 3 points
12,000 steps: 4 points
14,000+ steps: 5 points
Step-counting days: Steps are counted 5 days per week, and you can choose the days that work best for you.
Submission: Send your step count to your assigned coach daily before 12:00 AM.
Weight-loss:
Earn points based on fat loss measured by the InBody analyzer:
For the first kilogram of fat lost, earn 4 points per 100 grams.
For the second kilogram of fat lost, earn 6 points per 100 grams.
For the third kilogram of fat lost, earn 8 points per 100 grams.
The pattern continues with higher points for subsequent kilograms.
InBody Dates:
First measurement: Sunday 3rd of March
Second measurement: Thursday 13th of March
Final measurement: Thursday 27th of March
Important: Measurements taken after 27th of March will not count toward points.
Food Logging Points:
Log your meals on Notion and stay within the assigned calorie count to earn 1 point per day.

Attendance is mandatory to stay eligible for the challenge. Failure to attend will result in:
