We’re Hiring a Lead Follow-Up Specialist

(Remote – Full Time)

Right now, our team is doing everything — calls, follow-ups, messages, bookings and sales… and we’re drowning.

We need someone to take care of our leads — from the moment they leave their number, until they show up to the appointment you booked for them.
That’s it.

No selling. No targets.
Just solid communication, clear follow-up, and making sure people don’t fall through the cracks.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Contact new leads quickly and clearly

• Follow up through WhatsApp and phone calls

• Book appointments and confirm attendance

• Track lead responses and keep everything organized

• Communicate with our internal team when leads are ready

What We’re Looking For

• Someone friendly, organized, and consistent

• Strong communication skills (spoken + written)

• Good with people and comfortable following up multiple times

• Speaks fluent Arabic & English

• Has a quiet space to work from home

Job Details

• Remote – Work from anywhere

• Full-Time: 8K–15K+ EGP/month

• Health insurance after the probation period

• No fixed working hours, but this job requires speed and focus.
  You’ll get Daily leads per day, and once a lead comes in, you need to stop what you’re doing,

  find a quiet place with good signal, and contact them within 5 minutes.

• You’ll be making calls between 11 AM and 11 PM, but leads can come in at any time — and your responsiveness is key. This role suits someone who’s always alert and ready to jump on a lead whenever needed.

• We’ll have weekly meetings, preferably at the gym.

This Role is NOT for You if:

• You hate texting or calling people

• You get bored easily or need someone to always push you

• You think “follow-up” means once or twice and that’s it

We don’t care about your degree. We care about how you communicate, follow through, and treat people.
