Lead Specialist – HolyShift Fitness

HolyShift Fitness is on a mission to transform lives in Egypt through training, nutrition, and accountability. We don’t just hire for open roles — we hire for impact.

We’re relocating to a bigger gym in the next 3 months, and we need 2 more professionals to help us handle lead calls. Your role will be to take care of our leads — from the moment they leave their number until they show up for the appointment you booked for them.

Right now, our team is juggling calls, messages, bookings, and sales… and we’re stretched thin. We need someone who thrives on follow-up and organization — someone who makes sure no lead falls through the cracks.

The goal: take a lead from “just left their number” all the way to showing up for their appointment.

Role

Your responsibility is simple but vital: connect with leads fast, follow up with persistence, and make sure they show up for the appointments you book. You’ll be the bridge between potential members and our coaches, ensuring no opportunity is lost.

This isn’t a background role — it’s the heartbeat of our growth. When you follow up well, the entire team performs better.

Responsibilities

Lead Communication & Follow-Up

  • Contact new leads quickly after they submit their info.

  • Follow up through WhatsApp and phone calls with professionalism and warmth.

  • Confirm appointments and ensure attendance.

Organization & Tracking

  • Log all communication in our CRM.

  • Keep leads organized and updated at every step.

  • Share updates with the internal team so handovers are smooth.

Consistency & Care

  • Follow up multiple times without hesitation.

  • Keep tone friendly, clear, and aligned with HolyShift’s culture.

  • Represent the brand with energy and professionalism in every interaction.

Results

  • Leads are contacted within 1 minute, not hours.

  • Appointments are confirmed, and show-up rates increase.

  • Coaches and sales team focus on their strengths because you’ve handled the follow-up.

  • No lead is forgotten, and no opportunity is missed.

Requirements

  • Strong communicator: fluent in Arabic & English, spoken and written.

  • Comfortable calling, texting, and following up multiple times.

  • Organized and detail-oriented — nothing slips through.

  • Tech-savvy: able to use WhatsApp, Google Sheets, Google Calendar and CRM systems.

  • Friendly, reliable, and consistent with tone.

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience

  • Must not be an undergraduate (this role requires full-time commitment)

Location & Schedule

  • Location: On-Site, New Cairo

  • Hours: 12 PM – 9 PM, 5 days per week, rotating off-days

Compensation & Benefits

  • 15K–20K+ EGP/month
