Base salary starting at 15K — and it grows with your skill and your results.

We're a company expanding toward multiple branches. The person who owns our content early grows into leading it. Your pay grows with the reach, quality, and consistency of what you produce.

Pay & Growth 15K+ base, reviewed as you prove your work. Room to grow into a lead content role.
Schedule Full-time, on-site. Saturday–Thursday, 12–9 PM (Friday off).
Benefits Free gym membership. Health insurance after probation.

What you'll own

Shoot & Capture
  • Film transformations, before-and-afters, and progress stories as they happen.
  • Capture real member testimonials and win moments on camera.
  • Shoot sessions, coaches, and the community energy that sells the room.
  • Cover events, challenges, and behind-the-scenes culture.
Edit & Post
  • Cut fast, scroll‑stopping reels and stories in CapCut / Premiere.
  • Add captions, music, and pacing that hold people to the last frame.
  • Post to Instagram and TikTok while the moment is still hot.
  • Keep a steady content pipeline so we never go quiet.
You bring the eye and the ideas. We bring the moments, the members, and a brand worth filming.

Who you are

  • You can shoot and edit — solid phone/camera footage plus CapCut, and Premiere or After Effects.
  • You're fast and creative — you spot a moment and know exactly how to frame it.
  • You're a people person: you can make a shy member comfortable on camera in seconds.
  • You live short‑form content and know what's trending this week.
  • You're reliable and you post on time — daily, without being chased.
  • You respect members' privacy: you always get a clear yes before sharing anyone's face or before/after.

  • You want to work from home — this role is on‑site, where the moments are.
  • You can shoot but can't edit (or edit but won't pick up a camera). We need both.
  • You have no samples to show.
  • You're shy about approaching members and coaches to capture them.
  • Daily posting and deadlines stress you out.
