Start: Saturday, 10th of May
Daily Scoring
Workout Points:
Earn 8 points per workout session, whether at the gym or online (maximum 3 sessions per week, for a total of 24 points weekly).
Proof of workout: If you train on your own, you must send a time-lapse video as proof.
Walking Steps:
Earn points based on your daily step count:
6,000 steps: 1 point
8,000 steps: 2 points
10,000 steps: 3 points
12,000 steps: 4 points
14,000+ steps: 5 points
Step-counting days: Steps are counted 5 days per week, and you can choose the days that work best for you.
Submission: Send your step count in the team WhatsApp group daily before 12:00 AM.
Weight-loss:
Earn points based on fat loss measured by the InBody analyzer:
For the first kilogram of fat lost, earn 4 points per 100 grams.
For the second kilogram of fat lost, earn 6 points per 100 grams.
For the third kilogram of fat lost, earn 8 points per 100 grams.
The pattern continues with higher points for subsequent kilograms.
InBody Dates:
First measurement: Saturday 10th of May
Second measurement: Thursday 22nd of May
Final measurement: Wednesday 4th of June
Important: Measurements taken after 4th of June will not count toward points.
Food Logging Points:
Log your meals on Notion and stay within the assigned calorie count to earn 1 point per day.
Daily Scoring Penalties:
Late cancellation (less than 2 hours before a booked session): Lose 2 points or pay 50 EGP.
No-show after booking: Lose 4 points or pay 100 EGP.

Attendance is mandatory to stay eligible for the challenge. Failure to attend will result in:
Disqualification from nominations.
