 • Demographic Information: Your birthdate and gender to analyze and enhance our services.

• Account Management: To create, manage, and secure your account.  

• Service Improvement: To analyze demographic data and improve our offerings.  

• Notifications: To send reminders about bookings and updates.

• Notifications: To remind you of your bookings and inform you about important updates.  

4. User Subscriptions, Bookings, and Payments: 

• Your subscriptions, bookings, and payment records are displayed only in your account section within the App.

• These services are managed directly at our physical branches and are not processed through the App.

 • The App does not handle or facilitate any payments.
 • Membership Access: Members are allowed to attend up to 3 times per week for all types of memberships. Sessions: Sessions are available according to the schedule provided by HolyShift Fitness. 

The schedule may change at HolyShift’s discretion. Members must book sessions in advance from the calendar page.

• Attendance: Members are expected to attend all booked sessions. No-shows or late cancellations (within 2 hours of the session) will result in the session being deducted from the member's weekly account. 

Cancellation and Refunds: 

• Missed Membership Duration: Members are not entitled to any compensation or reimbursement for periods they did not attend, as the gym management did not restrict their access. 

• Membership Refund Terms: Refunds are only applicable to annual memberships. All other membership types are non-refundable.
• Annual Membership: To cancel, members must send written notice via email and complete the Exit Form in person at the gym 30 days prior to the exit date. A partial refund will be calculated based on the number of valid months remaining after the 30- day notice period, processed through the same payment method. 

5. Data Storage and Security: 

• Your personal information is securely stored in our main database hosted on AWS.  

• Tokens are stored on your device using Flutter Secure Storage, ensuring encrypted and secure storage.

 6. Data Sharing: 

• We do not share your data with any third parties or external entities under any circumstances.

 7. Tracking: 

• The App does not track your activities outside the App or across third-party services.

 8. Your Rights: 

• Access: View the information associated with your account.

 • Update: Modify your account details (e.g., username).  

• Delete: permanently delete your account.

9. Data Retention:

• We retain your data only as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide you with our services. If you delete your account, all associated data will be permanently removed from our systems.
