21-DAY FREE CHALLENGE RULES ⚠️

Workout Points:

Earn 2 points per workout session, whether at the gym or online (maximum 3 sessions per week, for a total of 6 points weekly).
Proof of workout: If you train on your own, you must send a time-lapse video as proof, from Saturday to Friday.

Walking Steps:

Earn points based on your daily step count:
- 8,000 steps: 1 point
Step-counting days: Steps are counted 5 days per week, and you can choose the days that work best for you from Saturday to Friday.
Submission:
Daily Logging: Make sure to send your steps on the whatsapp group created by your coach.
Weekly Submission: Every Friday before 12:00 AM, send a screenshot of each day separately to your assigned coach.

Weekly challenges:

Earn 1 point every time you complete our in-house challenges (example: flip the bottle and post on your story).
You also get a chance to win 500 EGP in our weekly Saturday live draw when you complete this challenge.

Pop-up challenges:

Referrals:

Earn 5 points when you get a referral to workout with you at the gym.
If they subscribe to our grand opening offers, you get DOUBLE CASH: 2000 EGP instead of 1000 EGP.
For each referral you bring, you increase your chances of winning another 2000EGP on our weekly Saturday live draw. Here is how it works:
Refer one person = your name will be written in the draw one time
Refer 2 people = your name will be written 2 times
and so on.
At the end of the challenge, we will make a draw and the winner will get a gift of 2000 EGP.

Daily Scoring Penalties:

Late cancellation (less than 2 hours before a booked session): Lose 2 points or pay 50 EGP.
No-show after booking: Lose 4 points or pay 100 EGP.

Price: 2450 EGP.

You get:

NO SCORING POINTS.

The shifter with the most weight loss achieved will win.

Men division participants: 10-12 men.

Women division participants: 10-12 Women.
